Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take Insurance?
We are considered an Out-of-Network Provider with most insurance companies. What that means is that, depending on your individual insurance agreement, your insurance will reimburse you 60-100% of your amount paid for each session. They may require you to meet a deductible first and you will be solely responsible for the paperwork and reimbursement process. You will be required to pay for each session at the time of service. It is highly recommended that you confirm your insurance coverage prior to beginning treatment.
Do you offer Sliding Scale Fees?
Yes. Sliding Scale fees are available to families who are not eligible to utilize their insurance benefits and cannot afford the full fee. Sliding fee rates are determined based upon income and proof of income is required for consideration. Your family size and income will be factored into this decision, as well as any extenuating circumstances. Feel free to call with any questions.
How long are therapy, consultation and in-home therapy or consultation sessions?
Therapy sessions are 45-50 minutes. This includes parent check-in time which is highly recommended with children.
